  Our restaurants’ signature staple: toasted hazelnut meringue with fennel seeds, vanilla bean and citrus zests. Ugly but delicious!

• -Cannella-Zucchero

  A cinnamon-sugar snickerdoodle classic. Soft and chewy with just a little tang.

• -Fragola Marmellata 

  These buttery bites are perfectly balanced with our homemade strawberry jam.

• -Almond Pignoli

  Premium almond paste gives these cookies an elegant flavor and chewy texture. We added slivered almonds for crunchy and a sprinkle of Maldon for that sweet-salty contrast.

  A Christmas “fruitcake” native to Siena, Italy, is a delicious cross between candy and cake. Hazelnuts, almonds and candied citrus peel, mixed with spices, chocolate and orange blossom honey. Contains nuts, gluten

• -Hazelnut Baci di Dama

  Translating to ‘lady’s kisses’, our Baci di Dama consists of two melt-in-your-mouth hazelnut cookies pressed together with dark chocolate. Contains nuts, dairy, gluten.
